BusyPaws' mission is to help Dog Trainers and Dog Daycares manage their day-to-day operations. We assist with scheduling their clients, accepting payments, managing client information and making it all easily accessible so they can spend more time with their customers (both human and canine).

A Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for responding to client requests rapidly, professionally, and with a kind and patient communication style. Being the first line of communication with new prospective clients, they are also responsible for engaging in software demonstrations and reaching out to prospects who have expressed interest in BusyPaws. Clients of BusyPaws are not always technically savvy and may require a patient guide to help them learn the functionality available to them.
Guiding our clients in the use of BusyPaws is primarily done via live chat (Intercom) and video calls (Zoom), by writing help documentation, and by creating interactive product tours and video.
A key component of this role is both supporting the Client Success Team in supporting existing clients in the appropriate time zone, but a heavy focus placed on communicating and engaging new prospective clients.
This role requires significant and proficient understanding of software systems. The Client Acquisition Specialist must be able to rapidly understand how software works to be able to identify issues and guide our clients effectively. Additional qualifications include:
